Adam has spent the last 10 years in the Institutional SFR Industry having co-founded a real estate technology and brokerage company in early 2010 which he sold in 2018. He spent years brokering large and medium-sized SFR portfolios for many large SFR REITs as well as mid-sized SFR investment firms. Later he founded Strata SFR focusing on the new construction, build for rent market where he sources opportunities by coordinating transactions for SFR REITs, private equity firms, and multi-family investors by coordinating projects with landowners, developers, and builders to create single site detached single-family and townhome communities.
